In the Ibsen Museum, you are welcome to enjoy four evenings with Ibsen’s parlour, opened for critical reflection on Peer Gynt, Vildanden + En folkefiende – Enemy of the duck, Borkman and Brand

If you have a ticket to one of the plays, you can join a guided tour of Ibsen’s apartment at a discount! The guided tours will focus on the evening’s Ibsen performance and Ibsen’s life. You can buy the tickets when you arrive at The Ibsen Museum. If you are part of a bigger group, you can book tickets by phone: 0047 22 12 35 50.

Thursday 15 September 18:00: An Enemy of the People/The Wild Duck: How much truth do we tolerate?
With: Theatre director Thorleifur Örn Arnarsson and Ibsen scientist and professor Jon Nygaard in conversation with theatre critic Therese Bjørneboe.

Monday 19 September 18:00: Brand and Borkman.
With: Dramaturg Olav Torbjørn Skare, Ibsen scientist and professor Jon Nygaard and actor Henrik Rafaelsen in conversation with theatre critic Therese Bjørneboe.

Wednesday 21 September 18:00: Peer Gynt.
Movie director Kristian Pedersen holds an introduction before the short film Bøygen, which will be displayed.
With: Movie and TV director Terje Mærli in conversation with theatre critic Therese Bjørneboe.
